Armed with a LLB degree and a Level 6 Diploma in Health and Social Care Management, Raymond serves as manager for Chidiray Services Ltd, where he oversees the operations and ensures top-notch care for clients.

Raymond's journey is deeply personal, rooted in his experience managing brain injury clients. Through his work, he has developed a profound understanding of the challenges they face and a passion for supporting them in their journey towards recovery and independence.

Beyond his managerial role, Raymond is also a skilled professional interpreter. Leveraging his linguistic abilities, he helps clients navigate complex systems and communicate effectively, empowering them to access the support they need and achieve their full potential. Zainab Morrison
Zainab is a dynamic professional blending expertise in international business management with a compassionate commitment to healthcare. With a degree in International Business Management, she embarked on a career journey that led her to the frontline of patient care initially as a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) and later went on to study Nursing and currently Registered Nurse working with the NHS.

Zainab wears multiple hats for the organisation with finesse. As the Clinical Lead, she brings her strategic mindset to train and support the care team, ensuring they deliver top-quality services to clients. She actively engages in providing clinical guidance to care workers, drawing from her nursing background to ensure best practices are upheld.

With a keen eye for detail and a strong focus on safety and quality, Zainab spearheads all risk assessment initiatives for the organisation. Her proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks ensures a safe and secure environment for both clients and staff.

Cheryl is a seasoned care provider with over two decades of experience in managing service users with compassion, expertise and dedication. Qualified with a Degree in Hospitality Management and a Master's in Healthcare Administration, she brings a unique blend of hospitality management principles and a deep understanding of client-centered care to her role.
Cheryl's responsibilities extend across various domains including HR function, ensuring that the care team is well-supported, trained and motivated to deliver exceptional service. Her meticulous attention to detail is evident in her management of rota and timesheet schedules, ensuring smooth operations and optimal staffing levels to meet client needs effectively.
